How many cameras do you need to film a conference?

It depends on the programme. A single-stage conference usually needs two or three cameras, one on the speaker, one wide and one on the audience, plus a roaming operator. Multi-stream conferences need a dedicated operator or locked-off camera per room. We scope this from your run sheet.
Can you record every session and breakout, not just the keynote?

Yes. We can record every room, with synced slides and clean audio from the AV desk, and deliver edited session recordings you can publish, gate behind registration or repurpose through the year.
Do you work with the venue's AV team?

Always. We take a direct audio feed where possible, coordinate camera positions with the AV and production teams in advance, and stay out of the way of speakers and attendees.
When do we get the conference highlight video?

A hero highlight reel is delivered within 48 hours, while attendees are still posting. Full session recordings and the wider clip library follow within one to two weeks.
Do you cover conferences outside Sydney?
